Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds for Cloudy Premium may be considered. By purchasing or subscribing to Cloudy Premium, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in full.

1. No Refunds for Digital Services

Due to the nature of digital services and instant access to Premium features, all payments made for Cloudy Premium are final and non-refundable except in very limited circumstances described in this policy.

Refunds will NOT be granted for the following reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Accidental or unauthorized purchases
  • Change of mind after payment
  • Subscription renewals (manual or automatic)
  • Inactivity or failure to use the service
  • Removal or banning from any Discord server
  • Attempting to play age-restricted or adult content
  • Incompatibility with third-party bots, plugins, or tools

Users are strongly encouraged to test Cloudy's free features before purchasing Premium.

2. Refund Eligibility — Limited Exceptions

A refund request may only be considered if all of the following conditions are met:

  • A significant technical issue prevented access to Premium features
  • The issue was reported to Cloudy support immediately
  • The Cloudy team was unable to resolve the issue within 72 hours
  • The user cooperated fully during troubleshooting
  • The user did not violate the Cloudy Terms of Service

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Misunderstanding or misuse of features
  • Issues caused by third-party systems, bots, or platforms
  • Problems related to server setup, permissions, or user configuration
  • Network issues, Discord outages, or external service disruptions

Cloudy staff reserve the sole and final right to approve or deny any refund request.

3. Subscription Management

  • Users are responsible for managing their subscriptions.
  • Refunds will not be issued for renewal charges that occur because the user failed to cancel their subscription before the renewal date.
  • To prevent future charges, users must cancel their subscription directly through the platform used for purchase (for example Patreon, Stripe, PayPal, or other payment providers).

4. Chargeback Policy

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Cloudy Support may result in the following actions:

  • Immediate and permanent revocation of access to all Cloudy services
  • Blacklisting from Cloudy's systems and services
  • Reporting of the dispute to payment processors and relevant platforms
  • Investigation and possible legal action in cases involving fraud or abuse

Cloudy takes payment abuse and fraudulent disputes seriously.

5. Requesting a Refund (If Eligible)

If you believe your case meets the strict eligibility criteria described above, you may submit a refund request through one of the official Cloudy support channels:

Your request must include the following information:

  • Your Discord ID and associated email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Payment method used
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Any relevant screenshots or supporting evidence

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the original payment date. Requests submitted after this period may not be reviewed.

6. Agreement

If you do not agree with this policy, you should not proceed with the purchase or subscription.

By purchasing Cloudy Premium, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
