Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most frequent inquiries.

Yes! Cloudy fully supports playing tracks, playlists, and albums directly from Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud, and other major platforms. Just paste the link with the /play command.
Use the /setup command. Cloudy will generate a clean, dedicated channel featuring an interactive music player with clickable buttons. Your members can simply type song names in that channel to instantly queue them up!
To save system resources, Cloudy automatically disconnects after a period of inactivity or when the voice channel is empty. If you want Cloudy to stay in the channel permanently, use the /247 command (Premium feature).
Try using /fixvoice to reset the connection. If the issue persists, try adding one of our extra Cloudy bots from the Invite page. For a proper fix, open a support ticket in our Discord server and our team will help you out!
You can set up a DJ system to prevent trolling! Use /djmode to enable the system, then /setdj <@role> to assign your trusted DJ role. You can customize exactly which commands require DJ access using /djcommands.
You can adjust the volume of the current session using /volume <1-100>. If you are a server admin and want the bot to always join at a specific volume level, use the /setdefaultvolume command (Premium feature).
Absolutely! You can add the currently playing song to your personal favorites using /favourite, or save your entire current queue as a custom playlist using /savequeue <name>. You can even share playlists across servers using /importplaylist!
Cloudy comes with a built-in equalizer! Simply use the /filters <filter> command while a song is playing to instantly toggle high-quality audio effects like bassboost, nightcore, vaporwave, and more.
Yes! You can view your personal listening habits, top tracks, and most played artists using the /mycharts command. Want to see who the biggest music fan in the server is? Check out the /leaderboards!
Certain advanced features are "vote-locked" to help Cloudy grow on bot lists. You can unlock them temporarily for free by voting using the /vote command. Want to skip voting forever? Upgrading to any Premium tier permanently bypasses all cooldowns and votelocks!
